1. About the program.
The VRE7 Contributor Network is an unpaid editorial program run by VRE7 TV ("VRE7," "we," "us"). Joining the network doesn't guarantee you'll be selected for any video. Contributors are independent participants, not employees, interns, or agents of VRE7.
2. No payment.
You won't receive payment, royalties, or other compensation for taking part or for any use of your submissions, even if we earn revenue from them. We don't guarantee views, reach, or exposure.
3. Your submissions.
A "submission" is any video, audio, image, or text you send us. You keep ownership of your submission.
4. License to VRE7.
You give VRE7, and anyone we authorize, a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, copy, edit, adapt, combine with other material, publish, distribute, display, and monetize your submission in any media, format, or platform, now known or created later. This includes the right to license, sell, or transfer rights to our videos and footage that include your submission to third parties, such as television networks, streaming services, and media outlets.
5. Name and likeness.
You give VRE7 permission to use your name, voice, image, likeness, and statements as they appear in your submission, in our videos and in promotion of them, including ads and social posts. You give up any right to review or approve the final edit or how it's used.
6. Editing and selection.
We can edit, shorten, reorder, or combine your submission, or choose not to use it at all.
7. Your promises.
You confirm that: you're at least 18 and a legal adult where you live; your submission is your original work; you have all the rights needed to give us this license; it contains no copyrighted music or other material you don't have rights to; no one else appears or is heard in it unless they've given you permission and agreed to these terms; nothing in it is defamatory, unlawful, or violates anyone's rights; and if you're an industry professional, you're speaking for yourself and not an employer, and nothing in it breaks a contract or confidentiality obligation you have.
8. Opinions.
Contributors' views are their own and don't represent VRE7's views.
9. Each submission.
These terms apply to every video you submit. We may ask you to confirm them again when you submit a specific video.
10. Your information.
We use the information you give us to run the program and contact you about casting calls, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe anytime.
Privacy Policy11. Electronic & Physical Signature.
Typing your name on our digital intake form is your legal signature and has the same effect as signing on paper. If signing a physical copy of this agreement, your signature below binds you to these terms.
12. Changes and disputes.
We may update these terms for future submissions and will post the new version number and date. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
